CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled and moved to another available time slot to avoid inconvenience to other clients.
